Refund Policy

Suit Spell is free to play. Pro ($3.99, one time) and the Tip Jar are optional purchases made through the App Store, so Apple handles billing and refunds, not us.

Requesting a refund from Apple

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Suit Spell purchase, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides refunds under its own terms and usually answers within a day or two.

Google Play

Once Suit Spell is on Google Play, purchases there follow Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours you can request a refund from your Play order history; after that, contact us and we will help.

Restoring a purchase

If you bought Pro and the app does not show it (new phone, reinstall), open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. It is free and instant.
