By downloading or using Suit Spell ("the App") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App

Suit Spell is a daily word game. Poker hands are its scoring rule only: there are no bets, chips, wagers, or prizes, and nothing to win or lose but points. There is no account system; the App stores your plays on your device.

Your content

Your plays, scores, and stats are yours and live on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device backed up if you want to preserve that history; the App's Back up my history feature is one way to do that.

Purchases

Suit Spell Pro and the Tip Jar are one-time, non-subscription purchases made through the App Store or Google Play and governed by their respective terms. Tips are gifts and unlock nothing.

Fair use

Please do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the daily deals or the App's content. The deal is for playing.

No warranty

Suit Spell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular word will be accepted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suit Spell and Decal Venue, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
